Increased cohesion between existing ground and solidified agent on the seabed
1. Overview of the method
A method in which a mixture of cement and water (water + cement) is injected at low pressure into soft ground (clay, sandy soil, organic soil) or ground with high permeability (sand gravel layer, weathered soil) using a top-down discharge method, and a special mixer is quickly rotated according to the N value (soil change) to stir and mix, and a cylindrical and rectangular pile body is formed in the original ground by utilizing the hardening reaction of the cement, and is applied in various ways to land and sea water cut-off works, earth retaining works, and foundation works.
2. Characteristics of the method
1) Shortening of construction period: Securing required strength in a short period of time
2) Securing required strength: Adjustment by stability discretion
3) Decreased deformation (sinking)
4) Wide application range
5) Pollution-free: Low noise, low vibration, no water pollution
6) Good quality
7) Effective use of resources: Use of original ground
3. Construction method and sequence
1) Equipment movement and installation
2) Drilling hole penetration
3) Excavation penetration
4) Support layer confirmation
5) After pulling out for lower discharge injection, penetration injection to the support layer
6) After reaching the support layer, switch to upper discharge and pull out injection
7) Injection ends when the upper discharge reaches the top of the improved body
8) Rotation maintained until the lower discharge comes out to the top of the improved body, improvement body composition completed
