Increased cohesion between existing soil and solidified agent
1. Overview of the method
D.C.M (Deep Mixing Method) is a method of stabilizing the soft layer by injecting a stabilizing agent mixed with cement and water into the soft ground at low pressure, mixing and stirring the soft soil and stabilizing agent by the rotation of a special mixer, and using the hardening reaction of the cement to solidify the original ground so that the bearing capacity exceeds the required strength.
2. Construction method features
1) Shortening of construction period.
2) Economical.
3) Less deformation (sinking).
4) Wide range of applications.
① Construction is possible regardless of land or sea.
② Construction is possible even in areas with N value below 50, such as soil, depth, and surrounding areas of existing structures.
5) Environmentally friendly construction method.
① Low vibration and low noise construction method, so it does not affect the surroundings.
3. Construction method and order
1) Equipment movement and installation
2) Excavation lowering
3) Stirring ascent (stable re-injection)
4) Lowering (stable re-injection) stirring
5) Rising (stable re-injection) stirring
