This invention describes a method for manufacturing an environmentally friendly ground material by modifying high-moisture dredged soil and a stabilizing agent for the same.
The stabilizing agent is composed of a lime-based solidifying agent, a polymer coagulant, and an inorganic hardener, and can be used to manufacture modified soil.
The modified soil is manufactured by adding the stabilizing agent to dredged soil, and can be used to produce environmentally friendly ground material that can be used for roadbed materials and port facility site development. In addition, this method can secure natural resources while protecting the environment.
