Detail
This invention relates to a method for forming a compaction pile in soft ground. For this purpose, a ball-type casing and an automatic air-regulating device are used together with a grain-adjusting aggregate compaction pile device.
This method measures using an automatic positioning system, and repeats the penetration process of lowering a ball-type casing pipe, the process of injecting grain-adjusting aggregate, and the extraction process to form a compaction pile.
In this process, an automatic air-regulating device is used to automatically maintain the air pressure inside the ball-type casing pipe.
In addition, a penetration depth sensor is used to measure the depth of the ball-type casing pipe, and the air pressure is adjusted accordingly.
In this method, the preset air pressure is sequentially increased according to the penetration depth by dividing it into 10-m sections from 20 m to 70 m from the ground surface.
In addition, crushed stone, gravel, concrete crushed stone, stone powder, sand, blast furnace slag, etc. can be used as the grain-adjusting aggregate in this method. This allows for improvement of soft offshore ground and stable formation of ramming piles.
